Cheese cake
Ingrediants:
100 g Wheat starch
200 g Sugar
½ l Milk
750 g Curd Cheese
30 g Raisin
3 Albumen
Lemon zest
Lemon juice
1 Pkg. Vanille sugar
Boil the milk, sugar, wheat starch until it gets viscous. Batt the albumen.
Mix all ingrediants together and pull it into a cake pan.
The cake should be backed in the oven for 1,5 hours at a temperature of 190 °C.
