Nearby Sights

Thurn castle is today the seat of the Nova Ponente municipality. From 1984 to 1988 the castle went under a renovation that turned it into the admimistrative headquarters. At the castle is also a museum, gathering holy objects, South Tyrolean, baroque and Venetian works. For further info, Tel. 0471-617500.
