​With fresh produce from South Tyrolean mountain farmers, Brigitte creates a variety of side dishes, from purees to all sorts of vegetable variations.

​Gertraud is our sweet soul. Every day, she whisks up magnificent desserts, Vitaldrinks and refreshing sorbets.

Christoph, our kitchen apprentice, is an avid learner and currently in charge of preparing starters under the supervision of head chef Markus.
