Pfösl permaculture field

In addition to numerous wild and kitchen herbs that we cultivate in raised beds and in our gardens, we started a really great project in the summer of 2021: Our established permaculture garden convinces with natural and tasty vegetables, with old, partly forgotten cultivated plants and very special rarities. From the garden to the plate, it doesn't get any fresher than this! This project is supervised by farmer Michael Pfeifer from Nova Ponente.
