Our highlight in the summer is always the bread baking day on Thursday.
Here everything revolves around the ancient art of baking bread with regional and mindfully grown ingredients, starting with the bread baking course in the afternoon with Eva and Brigitte, and ending with the bread tasting with chef Reinhard.
