  • All prices are intended per person and day including Pfösl's nature-board.
  • Our prices are dynamic and depend on the period and current demand.
  • All people over the age of 14 years have to pay a tax per day on the amount of 3,70€. This tax isn’t included in the offer and has to be paid locally.
  • The children's discounts are valid only in the parents' room with two full-paying guests. The price for the children is calculated according to the year of birth.
  • All packages are calculated on the base of the double room Old Style including all of our services. The price difference is calculated at the other room categories according to the price-list. We inform that the different packages and specials are not bookable together.
  • If you have to cancel your reservation, there are valid the following conditions:
    „The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal“(„Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers' Code)“
    Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
    29-8 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price
    7 days before arrival or in case of non-arrival: 90% of the agreed total price
    In case of early departure or late arrival: 90% of the agreed daily rate for the remaining days
  • We recommend to make a travel insurance with our partner Hogast.
  • With pleasure you can bring also your dog in selected rooms. Please, inform us in advance. Per day we settle an expenses contribution of € 40,00 (without feed).
    If necessary we charge an amount of € 35,00 to € 200,00 for the final cleaning of the room.
  • Single supplement per day € 40,00 in the double room Old Style. During high season the single supplement could amount.
  • The rooms are ready for occupation during the journey day from 03.00 p.m.. The room release occurs during the departure day till 11.00 a.m.
  • Late check-out (if available): You can stay in your room till 06.00 p.m. and use our naturaspa wellness area: € 80.00 per person.
  • Use of our naturaspa wellness area: € 25,00.
  • You can affect the payment with in cash (not more than € 4.999,00), with cheques or with credit card (VISA and Master card).

Everything you need to know for your stay in the Dolomites

How are room rates presented at Pfösl?
All prices are per person and include Pfösl’s gourmet board. The actual rates vary dynamically depending on the travel period and current demand.
Is the local tourist tax included in the accommodation price?
The local tourist tax of €3.70 per person per night is not included in the accommodation price. It applies to guests aged 14 and over and is payable on site.
Which services are included in the price?
The price includes Pfösl’s gourmet board, access to the naturaspa and numerous activity and regeneration services. Depending on the season, guided tours, equipment rental and mobility services are also included.
How are children’s rates calculated?
Children’s discounts apply when staying in their parents’ room with two adults paying the full rate. The child’s year of birth determines the applicable age category.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. From 29 to 8 days before arrival, 50% of the booked stay will be charged. From 7 days before arrival and in the event of a no-show, 90% of the booked stay will be charged. Pfösl recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance.
What applies in case of a late arrival or early departure?
For unused days of the stay, 90% of the agreed daily rate will be charged. This applies both to late arrivals and early departures.
Can I bring my dog to Pfösl?
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement in selected rooms and are charged at €40.00 per day, excluding food. If additional final cleaning is required, an extra charge of €35.00 to €200.00 may apply.
Which payment methods are available?
You can pay your bill in cash up to an amount of €4,999.00, as well as by cheque, Visa, Mastercard or EC card. Please note that American Express (AMEX) is not accepted.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Your room is ready from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and is available until 11:00 am on the day of departure. A late check-out until 6:00 pm is available on request and subject to availability. Alternatively, you can use the spa on your departure day for an additional charge.
