Eva's Super Bread
Eva's Super Bread is more than just bread: it is a treat for the body and soul. Packed with valuable, mineral-rich seeds, it is ideal for a conscious, healthy diet. Moist and incredibly delicious, it is perfect for anyone who wants to combine enjoyment with well-being.
200 g finely ground buckwheat
250 g finely ground oats
500 g water
½ cube fresh yeast
50 g linseed
75 g sesame seeds
100 g sunflower seeds
50 g soft oat flakes
1 tsp salt
10 g fruit vinegar
Preparation
Mix all ingredients into a soft dough and place in a loaf tin (30 x 12 cm). Leave the dough to rise for 30 minutes and preheat the oven to 230°C during this time.
Bake the bread for 45 minutes, then cover with baking paper and bake for another 15 minutes at 230°C.
Remove from the tin immediately, spray lightly with water and leave to cool on a wire rack.
