BREAKFAST
1 Alkaline drink: To start the day, I recommend warm water with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar or a warm vegetable broth prepared from leftover vegetables.

1 alkaline cereal: cook millet, amaranth, quinoa, buckwheat and various grains such as sesame, flax or sunflower seeds and almonds with water and then enjoy with cooked fruit or applesauce.
LUNCH: The lunch plate is a very
colorful plate with a variety of cooked
seasonal vegetables. With this I like to eat cooked
Millet, amaranth, quinoa or buckwheat.
EVENING DISH: For a good night's sleep, I recommend an alkaline vegetable soup in the evening with a wide variety of seasonal vegetables.
Simply boil the vegetables in water until soft and puree them, adding only a little salt and seasoning.
- Between breakfast and lunch
Drink 2 cups of metabolic tea and between lunch and dinner drink 2 cups of tea with bitter substances. Please note: For each cup of tea, 2 glasses of water should be drunk, generally about 2-3.5 l of water per day.
- Before each meal 5-8 tablets of barley grass are ideal, very much also outside of a fasting cure! Also recommended: a small teaspoon of bitter powder!
- Make sure that you do not do too intense sports during fasting, but only very gentle exercise.
- In general, all vegetables and fruits and all spices are alkalizing. Millet, quinoa, buckwheat and amaranth are also alkalizing.
The body digests cooked foods much more easily, so it is advisable to eat everything only cooked and steamed. A drop of good olive oil enhances any alkaline dish excellently!
