Wild herb soup

Ingredients

- 2 handfuls of wild herbs
- 1-2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 liter water
- 1 tbsp almond paste
- 1 little nutmeg
- salt and pepper

And this is how it works


Gather 2 handfuls of wild herbs. Finely chop the onion and sauté in olive oil. Chop the potatoes and fry them too. Add 1/2 liter of water and boil the nettle. Blend the soup when the potatoes are cooked. Only then add the other wild herbs and allow to warm briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put everything in the blender and add about 1 tablespoon of almond butter. This makes the wild herb soup creamy. Serve on plates and garnish with daisies.
