The methods
What traditional medicine has always known, is now backed up by science: health and wellbeing are closely tied to our mental balance. That’s why at the Pfösl, we follow a holistic approach to a mindfulness holiday. Regenerative and transformative experiences, such as guided meditations, forest bathing, breathing exercises and yoga, are of particular importance to us. The relaxation sessions, as well as conscious recreation in the naturaspa wellness area with the warm infinity pool, provide lasting strength and bring body and mind into harmony. The newly acquired awareness of well-being and the energy impulses experienced are the source of an improved quality of life. Last but not least, this makes it possible to gradually feel a stronger love for ourselves and, consequently, for others.

Cottage garden
In our cottage garden we grow various vegetables and a variety of salads that are either served fresh or fermented for later on in the year.

The finest yoghurts, delicious buttermilk and ricotta – all homemade by our head chef Reinhard and his team.
