How far is the Obereggen ski area?
The Ski Center Latemar-Obereggen is located seven kilometres from Pfösl. The hotel’s private ski shuttle takes you directly to the slopes free of charge and in comfort, so you can enjoy your winter in the Dolomites without any worries.
What other ski area is nearby?
The Carezza ski area is around twelve kilometres away and offers slopes with views of Latemar and Rosengarten. Both areas are part of the diverse Dolomites region surrounding Pfösl.
Is there a ski storage facility at the hotel?
A modern ski storage facility is available directly at Pfösl, ensuring a smooth and convenient winter holiday in the Dolomites, South Tyrol.
Can I have ski equipment delivered to the hotel?
The ski rental service in Deutschnofen delivers skis, snowboards, poles, boots and other equipment directly to the hotel. Alternatively, rental services are available at the valley station in Obereggen.
Is a guided Sellaronda tour offered?
On Thursdays, Marco accompanies guests on the Sellaronda. The experience is available for a small additional fee and takes you across four Dolomite passes for a special day of skiing in the Dolomites.
Are guided winter and snowshoe hikes offered?
Several times a week, Pfösl guides lead guests through snow-covered forests, across peaceful alpine pastures and to scenic viewpoints. Snowshoes and poles can be borrowed free of charge.
Can I go cross-country skiing directly from the hotel?
The access point to Deutschnofen’s 26-kilometre cross-country skiing network is located directly at Pfösl. Its sunny high-plateau setting combines well-groomed trails with wide-ranging views of the Dolomites.
Where can I find other cross-country ski trails?
The hotel is a direct starting point for a cross-country trail network of more than 26 km. Above Deutschnofen, another approximately 30 kilometres of trails await. The snow-reliable cross-country skiing paradise of Lavazè, with 80 kilometres of trails, is about 13 kilometres away and can be reached by shuttle.
Can you go sledding around Pfösl?
A children’s sledding track is located directly at the hotel, and sledges are available free of charge. Further sledding opportunities, including night sledding, can be found in and around Deutschnofen and Obereggen.
What winter activities are available away from the ski slopes?
Many varied activities for your winter holiday in the South Tyrolean Dolomites, such as winter hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and sledding, start right in the immediate surroundings.
