Eva's "Buckwheat rieb"

Recipe:
200 ml water
200 g buckwheat flour
A little salt
Some seed oil for frying
Cranberry jam
Warm apple sauce

Preparation:
Boil the water and stir in the buckwheat flour until it becomes a dry porridge. Break into crumbs with a fork, remove from heat and let cool.
Heat some seed oil or coconut oil in a pan and toast the "miasl" there until it becomes a light-colored crumble.
Serve with cranberry jam and/or warm applesauce.
