Hen good, all good!
The Badstuberhof is located about 4.5 km from the village center and offers a breathtaking view of some of the most beautiful peaks of the Dolomites.
Surrounded by green forests and meadows, with a beautiful view of the Dolomites, the chickens obviously feel very comfortable here.
It all started in 2001, when the Thaler family converted the former cowshed into a chicken coop for 300 hens.
Later, a few more barns were added, and in 2009 the last one was built with space for 1,000 chickens.
The Thaler family relies on free-range farming and feed made from pure grain, free of any genetic engineering.
The eggs are collected by hand and carefully packed before farmer Luis personally brings them to us in the Pfösl every morning.
Well, if that's not a good start to the day?
