South Tyrolean winemaker Edmund Pomella presents his special natural wines. Together with his wife, Irene Hechenberger, an herbal expert, we discover the world of biodynamic wines and the power of immune-boosting medicinal herbs. Irene shares her healing knowledge and inspires with stories about nature and its effects – an inspiration for all the senses.
• Tuesday: CHOCOLATE, COFFEE & GIN...
Delicate, aromatic, and irresistible. Our kitchen team takes you on a culinary journey around KARUNA chocolate and CAROMA ORGANIC coffee from South Tyrol. Be inspired by sophisticated taste experiences and handmade delicacies based on organic chocolate and our organic coffee. We will also be tasting our Pfösl NaturaGIN with herbs from our own garden.
• Wednesday: FUMIGATION, GAME & WINE...
In an exciting workshop, Eva & Brigitte provide an insight into the world of fumigation with herbs and local resins.
Autumn is game season. Enjoy the finest game specialities from the Eggental valley in the evening.

• Thursday: BREAD BAKING, MOZZARELLA, OLIVE OIL, and more...
Our two hosts, Eva and Brigitte, will introduce you to the world of bread baking and share tips and tricks for baking bread with sourdough and locally grown flours.
Olive oil sommeliers Peter and Johannes Pan from Paneolio await you with an exclusive olive oil tasting of their passionately produced olive oils of the highest organic quality.
In the evening, our chef Reinhard Daverda will spoil you with his homemade focaccia and pinsa, accompanied by mozzarella from Amò, a wide variety of local tomatoes and the finest olive oil – a taste experience that combines tradition and enjoyment in a unique way!
• Friday: WAGYU & WINE...
The finest South Tyrolean Wagyu beef from Stefan Rottensteiner of the Oberweidacherhof, prepared by our kitchen team. The highest quality meat from South Tyrol.
Accompanied by a special cheese tasting with master cheesemaker Hubert from the Genussbunker in South Tyrol.
Exciting South Tyrolean winemakers will also be presenting their special wines.
