As part of the Eggental 2030 strategy, an Eggental-wide pilot project was launched at the beginning of 2022 to promote and strengthen cooperation between farmers and restaurateurs.

The aim is to create a meeting of equals, direct and transparent communication, short supply chains, local added value, shared learning and a strengthening of cooperation and a sense of unity.

Hotels, catering businesses and farmers who are part of the network pursue common goals and values:

● Highest quality of products is a basic requirement.
● All products offered are purchased
● A fair price is paid
● We maintain a constant exchange at eye level
● The products are produced without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides
● Communication to guests is transparent and honest
