Healthy sauna
A visit to the sauna brings relaxation, not only for the body but also for the mind. Intensive sweating ensures healthy detoxification of the body, as the metabolism really gets going at a higher body temperature and waste products can be flushed out more quickly. As around half a liter of sweat flows per sauna session, it is important to make up for this fluid loss after the sauna by drinking water or herbal teas. The rest time between individual sauna sessions is also valuable because it gives the body time to recover. And the same goes for the mind, for example with a good book away from everyday life!
