Important during fasting
Basic fasting: Eva's tips
LET AT LEAST 5 HOURS GO BY TWEEN ONE MEAL AND THE NEXT!
BREAKFAST
1 alkaline drink: to start the day, I recommend hot water with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar or a hot vegetable broth made from leftover vegetables. The alkaline drink is very important because it stimulates metabolism and balances the entire acid-base balance.
1 alkaline muesli: cook millet, amaranth, quinoa, buckwheat and various grains such as sesame, flax or sunflower seeds and almonds in water, then enjoy with cooked fruit or apple puree.
LUNCH
The midday meal is very colorful, with a variety of boiled seasonal vegetables. I like to eat cooked millet, amaranth, quinoa or buckwheat.
DINNER
For a good night's sleep, I recommend a basic vegetable soup, made with various seasonal vegetables cooked in water until soft and pureed, adding just a little salt and spices.
Drink two cups of metabolic herbal tea between breakfast and lunch and two cups of bitter-substance herbal tea between lunch and dinner. Caution: for each cup of herbal tea you should drink two glasses of water, generally about 2 -3.5 liters per day.
