This award belongs to our entire kitchen team led by Chef Reinhard Daverda, to our trusted local producers and partners throughout South Tyrol, and to everyone who contributes every day to bringing together enjoyment, well-being and sustainability at Green Luxury Hotel Pfösl.
Our nature-inspired cuisine is based on a simple philosophy: great food begins with respect. Respect for ingredients, for the people who produce them, and for the natural environment from which they originate. Regional products, seasonal ingredients, traditional craftsmanship and creative lightness shape our cuisine and are an essential part of the Pfösl philosophy.
For us, wellness is not about restriction but about conscious enjoyment. It is about nourishing body and mind with high-quality ingredients while bringing the essence of the Dolomites to every plate.
